The hotel is located in a quiet area, making it a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is conveniently situated in a business district, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The nearby subway station makes it easy to explore the city and popular attractions such as Osaka Castle and Dotonbori are within walking distance.

The breakfast was included and there was free internet. , the location was great, close to the subway and easy to get around. Another positive aspect was the clean and neat rooms.
The check-in process was chaotic, there were too many people trying to get their room keys at once. The language barrier was also a huge issue, as staff didn't understand or speak English well.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, making it a peaceful place to stay. It is conveniently located in a business district, making it ideal for business travelers. The staff were very accommodating and provided excellent service. The basic amenities in the room, such as a double bed and a working aircon unit, were great. Additionally, the breakfast provided was a good start to the day.
All in all, everything was satisfactory.

During my Xmas stay, the hotel offered free breakfast with a rotation of dishes - they even offered a Christmas themed breakfast on the day itself. the location of the hotel was ideal as it was within walking distance to a subway station and had nearby eateries. the free high-speed internet was also a plus.
The room was extremely small and cramped with barely any space to move around. There was no closet space and the bathroom was tiny with no privacy.
